    Intuition Speaks: Lee Collver-Richards - Intuition is Self-Care

    In this episode, I'm co-creating with the awe-inspiring Lee Collver-Richards. Lee shares her thoughts on intuition and how it relates to self-care and self-love. We recorded the episode on Valentine's day, so the theme of love seemed an appropriate focus. Lee was incredible. It is definitely a must-listen episode!     Welcome to a new year and new season of the Choose To Play Big podcast! In this episode, I look at what it means to choose to play big in life. I cover what led me on this path to create my new offerings, where I took risks and found myself supported by the universe.  Since it is a time for inner reflection, I also cover my plans for the year. I started by talking about the reframing of the podcast from when it used to be called Creative Natural Living and what content you can still expect to find here.  I discuss the launch of my new low-impact intuitive dance group and how this led me to a new avenue I'm exploring with my newsletter.     Nurturing the Seed of Source in the Heart of Darkness

    In this episode, I delve once again into the realm of shadow work. I talk about a time in my early childhood where I lived in the same room as a dark entity and how I finally cleared the fear around it this week. I found the whole process powerful and transformative. It had such an impact on me that I had to share the clearing process I went through in case it supports others who have gone through similar experiences and still have residual trauma. We are both shadow and light, and so are dark entities if we dare to go looking for that seed of light within them.
