This is one of the best fitness podcast I have listened to. I have had the opportunity to work with Matt in the past. Not only is he very knowledgeable in Health and Wellness but he is exceptional at communicating this knowledge to others. I’m very thankful to have learned from him.

Matt is the best! Though i did wish he’d stop drinking all the coffee... atleast brew more for the office Matt!! Many of us drink coffee throughout the day and we need our caffeine fix constantly! Cmonnn!! But podcast is great. Kris sounds like a conformist though..

This podcast is like no other podcast. I am a mother of 2 with a full time job! I never make time for my health and fitness. Until I started listening to 9-5 fitness. I have started a healthy lifestyle and exercising on the regular!!!
