Leaders.Church
Jonathan and Dick are great leaders with lots of wisdom! I love seeing them working together representing different generations of leadership. I recently emailed Dick with some questions instead of emailing me back, he actually called me on my cell phone! Yes, he’s that kind of leader, he’s very personable which in my book, is a a sign of genuine leadership. 5 stars for this great team!
Extremely Encouraging
I am of the belief that many Congregational Members fail to realize that their Pastors, also need encouragement, strengthening and renewing of their spirit.
And as such, I also believe we, as ministers, are always ministering to but miss the fact that we also need ministering to, at some point.
I have found that Dick and Jonathan are great teachers in encouraging themselves and thereby encourage other ministers, by way of example! Great role teachers and role models! Thank you both for your willingness to give and share through these insightful and encouraging Podcasts!
Content is key
Great clear and concise content. I am able to digest and conceptualize all of this information quickly and efficiently. For a person on the go this is the most effective podcast I’ve listened to on this topic.
