Beer for breakfast
This is turning into one of the best CW podcasts on the interwebs. The biographies are what set this show apart. Very in depth summaries of the lives of key figures and less about military tactics. The banter is good, the length is great (for an evening cigar these shows are the perfect length). But I cant understand why they drink beer and remind us it's evening even though it's called the breakfast club.
Good Podcast
I thoroughly enjoy the Civil War Breakfast Club podcast. I don’t always agree with their interpretations (OO, McClellan, Rosecrans lovers and apologists!) but still informative and enjoyable. The episode on Robert Smalls was excellent for example. They do hit some points often overlooked by others. They have fun banter and a lively flow to their back and forth. I listen to them all and always learn something new. I appreciate their effort to make me smarter.
Love it! Informative and entertaining!! 5⭐️
