Love some Steele
What a blast from the past for me. Listened to Phil Steele 10-15 years ago when he would come on with Tony Mercurio on ESPN 1310. Really enjoying the pod, love that Phil’s format hasn’t changed a lick.
Some O/U and ATS picks to toss out for week 2 2023 season:
North Carolina St at UConn - over on points with NCSU covering the spread
Florida at Utah - think way over on points and Utah handily covers the very slim spread
Nebraska at Minnesota - under on points with Minnesota covering
Colorado at TCU - I’m buying the Colorado hype, I’ll take the over on points, think TCU wins but doesn’t cover the spread.

The UCLA show
This show used to be much better. The cohost on here is the next UCLA player and literally 40% of the show is all UCLA. About 60% of the show is pac 12. Are the rest of the country isn’t talked about much aside from him the top four or five teams.
Chemistry
Can’t stress enough how enjoyable it is to listen to a pod where the host knows his guests. I don’t even like CBB till March, but devotedly listen each week like a Sicko for repartee between Hartzell, Surber & Norlander. Y’all are in the pocket best come round ball season.
