Customer Reviews
Beautiful and Vulnerable
I’ve been enjoying this podcast, particularly episode 8 on divorce. Thank you for your openness and raw vulnerability, it truly is a beautiful quality of this gem of a podcast.
Wow
I’m a therapist and person with disability. This podcast is soothing to my soul. Vyana has a beautiful ability to put my gut feelings and felt experiences into words. As a listener, I do feel like I’m (creatively) relating to Vyana’s explorations whilst living in the soft, gentle space of a calm nervous system.
uplifted after every listen
This podcast is such a gift. Vyana has created a space here that is both personal and universal. Each episode fearlessly delves into topics that are raw, real, and deeply human. Some of it is heavy but the joyful curiosity with which Vyana engages life is contagious and I feel uplifted every time I tune in.
