Sophie Hurst
Summer camp is just around the corner. Let’s get into the camp spirit and tune in to another episode of Confessions of a Camp Counselor. Today we have Sophie Hurst, a young woman who is a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes. She is a phenomenal Irish dancer and goes to the University of Washington. She volunteered as a camp counselor at Delano Bay Christian Camp for 2015, 2017, and 2018. She was also camper there for 13 years. Now she tries to give the campers an amazing experience just like she had. Lisette (Langdorf) Hofer

Samantha King

Holly Hytrek
Do you need a little bit of a break today whether it be from studying or working? Then listening to someone talk about summer camp is the way to go. Holly Hytrek is an adventurous soul with so much compassion. She is currently a student at Oregon State studying Glaciology and working towards getting her Ph.D. She worked at Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp for two summers and fell in love with the outdoors and science. She is spunky and loves to think deeply about the world and the people in it. Grab a cup of hot chocolate or some tea and sit down as we listen to Holly Hytrek talk about her love of summer camp.
