Crucial lessons for service business

Tanner shares his experience running a painting company and getting himself “off the brush.” He applies that to any small business that provides a services - painters, handyman, movers, lawn care, car detailing, and so on. Each episode walks you through a key concept for your business. He teaches hiring, selling, managing, and creating systems. It’s hugely informative and worth listening if you run your own small service business - plumbing, electricians, HVAC, and even smaller do-it-yourself businesses.
