Ep 34 What is Self Accountability?

What belongs to you and what belongs to others? Who is to blame? I get into it this week. Let's chat about what it means to be self accountable and (perhaps) what is someone else's responsibility to handle.

Ep 33 Why We Need to Take off Masks

Ep 33 Why We Need to Take off Masks

This week we are focused on truth with a capital T. It takes courage to unmask one's self but ALSO to unmask those who are trying to show us someone they are not. We need to stop fearing the truth, even in places (and people) we "hoped" weren't untrue.

Ep 32 Are You Judging or Being Discerning?

Ep 32 Are You Judging or Being Discerning?

It's a week of being triggered by word choices in the spiritual community. This episode is all about judgment. That super cool word people love to throw around from a point of inducing shame and positioning of higher elevation. Let's debunk it, shall we?Podcast mentioned in this week's episode:Navigating Narcissism by Dr. Ramani

Ep 31 Why Your Feelings Are the Key to Boundaries

Ep 31 Why Your Feelings Are the Key to Boundaries

We're back on boundaries this week, but there's a twist. In this episode, I talk about how your feelings are the key to your boundaries. Without knowing how you feel, you'll never know what is yours to carry and what you need to give back to others and let them "handle their business."If you wonder what I'm up to, you can see here: tiameredith.comIf you like TikTok curated on IG Stories, watch here: @tiameredithwriterIf you'd like to email me a question (to possibly answer on the podcast), you can do that here: courageunknownpodcast@gmail.com

Ep 30 Why You Need to be More Reactive (Not Less)

This week is all about how spiritual bypassing will have you emotionally withdrawn and lying to yourself. Ep 29 Are You Taking Emotional Scraps?

Ep 29 Are You Taking Emotional Scraps?

Ooo weee, this is one for the books as a side effect of childhood emotional neglect: accepting emotional scraps. Yep, I'm going there this week and in surprising ways. I focus in on friendships and the ways in which I've accepted things that aren't OK. But don't worry, I'm also encouraging you to look at your relationships and ask yourself "am I accepting emotional scraps?" Hang in there friends, this podcast is no joke.New podcast email: courageunknownpodcast@gmail.comBook referenced: Running on Empty by Dr. Jonice WebbWant to see what I'm up to? Soul food

This is my favorite new podcast! First of all- I could listen to her voice forever. Much more importantly, what she dishes out feels like soul food. Nourishing, comforting, and just what I need. I feel restored and encouraged moving forward, like having brunch with my best friend who just gets me. Love love love it! Keep ‘em coming Tia!
