I enjoy listening to this podcast, however, I can do without the “experts” analysis- Bethany Marshall, Caryn Stark and especially Dr. William Morrone. Have they ever said anything of value?
Excellent Delphi coverage

Thorough and factual coverage. Thank you for reporting on what is presented in court versus following all the outrageous stories being cooked up by so many online who refuse to accept that Allen could be responsible. Fantastic panel of guests as always. Great work.
PLEASE do your research, before…..
Nov 1
Nancy, Can you PLEASE do your research, case study PRIOR to yelling out that Richard Allen is guilty, especially when you were only in the court room 1-day, and ONLY 2-hours. The entire WORLD is QUESTIONING this specific case. Given the FACT that you so proudly claim to have your JD degree, you above most have an Absolute DUTY to be RESPONSIBLE, especially in reporting and covering crime cases. Generally, I enjoy your reporting and coverage of cases, however, I am upset, and disgusted by how you declare Richard Allen guilty. All they have is the so -called insane confessions, and any person put in a maximum security prison, in solitary confinement like RA was, of course he broke down mentally…. Let the American people NOT forget just how many INNOCENT men/women have been convicted of crimes they are were in FACT 100% factually INNOCENT OF, jet poor or corrupt police built FALSE cases, including Prosecutors against countless men and women, all because they didn’t want to lose. As an attorney, I have heard you say that you would rather 100 guilty individuals go free than to convict 1-innocent person, but the TRUTH is the reverse, in that countless prosecutors, including yourself Nancy would rather convict 100 innocent people than than 1-guilty person walk free. That is PURE FACTS, AS HISTORY HAS PROVEN IT. American’s need to look no further than the YSL trial in your state to see this very FACT playing out daily. That should shame ALL prosecutors, but NOPE, ALL YOU PROSECUTORS JUSTIFY THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. Which is exactly why America is such a mess, especially the legal system to the politicians. All those politicians are a large majority prior/current lawyers. Shame on All of you.
R.A. Got username/password from CVS photo?
Oct 24
Hi Nancy, love your show. Just wanted to say that I’ve been taking pics of usernames and passwords for various accounts for years. I’m pretty sure Richard Allen saw a photo from Kegan Kline’s snap chat account while working at CVS and had been logging in as an observer for a long period of time. I think he knew the girls were going to be at the bridge because he was reading the conversation between Libby and Kline. If only the phone R.A. Used back in 2017 could be recovered… well, if he has an Apple or Android account, I wonder if the police have seen what apps he has downloaded with his account. Even after deleting an app, you can go to the store and tell if the app has been downloaded before or not. I would bet a million that he was a snap chat user, using Kline’s user name and password. Best wishes.
