Love It!
Anxiety is something that a lot of people don’t discuss, especially young people. Most of the time you’re just told to “tough it out” and that really means nothing. Taking care of your self and your mind is important and I love how Jaylin approaches it from a relatable perspective, in college and in life in general. Definitely recommend this podcast to anyone who suffers from anxiety, especially millennials 💯
