The Myth of Adapa is an ancient Mesopotamian text originating from the Babylonian Kassite period, dated to the 14th century BCE (1400 BC – 1301 BC). Discovered in the ruins of ancient Babylon, this epic tale provides a glimpse into the profound wisdom and intricate relationships between the gods and mankind. The narrative centers around Adapa, a mortal endowed with great wisdom by the god Ea (Enki), and his extraordinary journey to the heavens. The myth explores themes of divine interaction, the pursuit of knowledge, and the boundaries of human mortality. 



The Myth of Adapa, dating back to the Babylonian Kassite period of the 14th century BCE (1400 BC – 1301 BC), predates the final version of the Book of Genesis by nearly 1000 years. The Book of Genesis, as we know it today, was completed around 400 BC. While traditional attribution credits Moses with the authorship of Genesis, the specific contents of Moses' original texts remain uncertain. This historical gap suggests that The Myth of Adapa may provide crucial insights into early mythological and theological narratives that influenced later biblical texts. As such, it offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient beliefs and wisdom that predate and potentially inform the stories found in Genesis, making it a vital piece of our understanding of early human spirituality and divine interaction.

This interpretive framework draws parallels between the attributes of the churches and the qualities of the chakras based on their descriptions in Revelation 2, rather than adhering to a specific chakra order.

Metatron & Enoch: A Comprehensive Exploration



Metatron and Enoch are figures that span multiple religious traditions, particularly Judaism, Christianity, and Islamic mysticism. Their identities are often interwoven, with Metatron frequently being considered the heavenly version of Enoch. This article delves deeply into the scriptural, mystical, and historical contexts of these two enigmatic figures, examining their roles, significance, and the theological implications surrounding them.



Enoch: The Human Precursor



Enoch is a pre-flood patriarch mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. His most notable appearance is in the Book of Genesis: "Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away." (Genesis 5:24, NIV)



This verse suggests an extraordinary relationship with God, implying that Enoch was taken to heaven without experiencing death. Enoch's brief mention in Genesis is expanded upon in other Jewish texts and traditions.



Metatron: The Heavenly Transformation



Metatron is a powerful and mysterious figure in Jewish mysticism, particularly in Kabbalistic tradition. He is often identified with the transformed Enoch, becoming an exalted angelic being after his earthly life. The earliest references to Metatron appear in the Talmud and later in the mystical text, the Sefer Hekhalot (Book of Palaces).



In the Talmud, Metatron is depicted as a scribe and intermediary between God and humanity. One significant passage is found in the Babylonian Talmud, Tractate Sanhedrin 38b, where Metatron is described as the "Prince of the Countenance" and is granted authority over other angels.
