093: Showing Up Exactly as You Are (with Betsy Mikesell)

Most of us probably have some fears when we put ourselves out there. What will people think? Will someone be offended? Will the haters message me? Even some of the most successful, seemingly-confident people struggle with these worries. How do you combat those fears? In this episode, we are joined by co-founder and inventor of the amazing Beddy’s zipper bedding: Betsy Mikesell. We talk about how her company came to be. We also dive more in-depth with her as she shares in a sincere and authentic manner, how she tries to show up exactly as she is and how she humbly and unapologetically tries to be real and raw in all her sharing. You’ll be motived to be you and not worry so much about what others might think.

Water ballet in the cornfields ,

Perfect ....highly recommend

New review! I just listened to the latest podcast. Can I just say wow with an exclamation point?!!!! Maybe 400!’s!!! Your points are very well taken. And thank you for sharing so many insights that you learned at BYU education week. for those of us living East of the Mississippi BYU education week is a little out of reach, so thank you for sharing. As I was driving and listening to the podcast, I almost wish that I could have had a pen and paper to write down all of the thoughts ideas and inspiration that flooded my mind as you were both sharing and speaking from the heart. I’ve been listening to your podcasts since the very beginning, and I will tell you that this podcast was probably my favorite. With merrilee Boyack being second and Macy Robinson being third. Not that I have favorites! You ladies shared some real insight. And I see that you both have changed so much over the last few months as you have become more real and tried to change things within yourself that in turn are helping you and your family. What a great example. I want that for me. Thank you so much for all that you share and your efforts.

——- just found this. I guess it never sent. 😢
