Amazing food for thought

Just discovered you two. This was my first episode I’ve listened to. Absolutely amazing info! I truly tried to listen and now am truly going to try and input it and make my life better! So Thank you, Thank you!!!! I also just wanted to let you know Pres Hinckley was actually quoting Jenkin Lloyd Jones, and he gave him credit, when he said the quote you spoke in episode 146, in a BYU speech.

Like a Free Therapy Session

This podcast is the positivity every woman needs. I stumbled upon the Beckys a few months ago when apple kindly suggested it for me based on other podcasts I listen to. The Episode was on healing your body with thoughts (ep 131). I had just had my third baby and was struggling with my health & the podcast was exactly what I needed to hear to help me navigate that time. I binged on past episodes between new ones being released to pass the long nights with a newborn and have sent so many episodes to friends because every episode gives me a lightbulb moment for myself. Every time I listen I leave feeling inspired to make a small change, but also validated about my feelings, concerns, humanness, etc. They are down to earth & I feel like we would be friends if we could meet in real life. Listening is like getting a feee therapy session each week-take advantage of this opportunity, you will not be disappointed!

RELATABLE

I started listening to this podcast spring of last year, it was after my wedding had been canceled and ended up being in my backyard with limited people. The Becky’s helped me look for the positives, and I feel like they somehow understand how I FEEL every time I listen😂👏🏽 they’ve helped me in my first year of marriage and expectations and communication! I’m so grateful for this podcast🥺 And I look forward every time for a new way to cultivate a good life for our future!
