Throughout his career Joe’s work has enhanced the faces of many well-known actors and performers for television, theatrical and personal appearances. He is also the Chair of the Local 798 Makeup and Hair Stylists Union Mentorship Program.Joe is a fine artist, showing work in NYC and PA.
