Date Yourself Instead

I really appreciate not having to skip through annoying intros and ads like every other podcast. It feels like hanging out with a friend with similar dating and spiritual experiences.

Great content overall but some of the info you share about attachment styles is incorrect. Among other things, disorganized attachment is not a combo of anxious and avoidant.

Really enjoy listening to Lyss, but I think this Podcast needs to grow a bit. Everything feels like it relates to relationships, whether it be moving on, letting go, not accepting less, etc. This podcast really helped me get over my ex, made me feel not alone in that, etc.. but If she could incorporate the empowerment she talks about to get through relationships/ situationships into a little bit of other real life situations, such as work, crazy family, etc.. it would be great and more interesting. Feels like things are repetative at this point, but sometimes I still listen because it gives me a boost. Can’t wait to see what’s next for this podcast and Lyss! -A long time listener

I listen to this podcast and feel ready to take on the world. Lyss has a great way of speaking and the format is solid. I'd love to hear more episodes on tackling goals and showing up for yourself added in or even guest spots to add more variety. She's very accomplished and while decentering dating is good, I'd also like to learn more about getting the drive to self motivate myself in other ways.
