Sometimes it’s through video and other times it’s written in my beautiful journal with my stickers and beautiful pens. ( yes, I am a nerdette) I reflect to provide clarity, to align myself with my vision and to stay grounded( oh boy I try) However, at the end of this past year something jumped at me!I kept seeing a common denominator of "Dear God I must do this before I do this.... I later realized in my massive relfection I ended up doing the total opposite and quickly realized I was overthinking SOOOO many things! I know I sound like it's a virus but then again I often thought about moments in my life where I began to react differently. Is it emotional intelligence, is it being more aware, is it accepting to let go what will not serve me?
