Declassified College Podcast | College Advice That Isn't Boring Declassified Media

Yo! What is up everyone, it has been a MINUTE since we released an episode! A couple of updates below:

1. This is a different type of episode as this is a talk that Justin Nguyen (your host) and Armel Talla did at SXSW EDU earlier this year. It's all about the student perspective and how higher educational institutions can work on engaging their students using social media.



2. We are looking for a new host of the podcast! No real requirements other than being a people person and you're currently in college! If you're interested, please email Justin at justin@declassifiedmedia.co (Don't worry, we handle all of the editing!)



3. We are looking to expand Declassified Media's social media presence with the launch of 2 more pages. @declassifiedcompsci and @declassifiedfinance. If you're interested, please email Justin at justin@declassifiedmedia.co



There aren't any requirements to the pages other than being technical major (for @declassifiedcompsci) and a finance major (@declassifiedfinance) and being a people person who is open to being on camera! This would be a trial period and if you're a fit with the team a paid position to be a content creator! (Don't worry, we would handle all of the editing!)

This season has been one of my favorites as I've opened up more as well as it has been on a topic that has been at the top of my mind all year. As you are getting back onto campus, seeing people for the first time in a long time, and so many more experiences; college can be a place that could make or break your mental health.

Being a student is one of the hardest things to do and one of the toughest parts about being a student is having the "pressure to succeed" pushed on you by parents, friends, family, and others.
