Thank you for making this podcast. It’s hard to find the words I want to say, exactly... you share parts of yourself that resemble the parts of me that I didn’t really think could be shared. It’s powerful. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for about 3 years now whenever I have things running through my little head this podcast just calms me down, I think it’s just always something you can put on as you are just doing little things around the house or going for walk it’s definitely a help in my life as what I’m going through.
