Oswald Cobb has watched The Riddler destroy much of Gotham City and his former boss, Carmine Falcone has been shot dead in public.  There is devastation everywhere and turmoil within the Falcone family about where the next leader will come from.  Oz sees his opportunity to take over the city and he has to balance many different people in his life to make that happen.  His first act is killing the new family boss and so we dive in to see how The Penguin is going to maneuver through all of the power plays to hopefully come out on top.  Join The Silver Vox and Green Butterfly as we begin our deep dive into The Penguin.
