In this Podcast we have the pleasure of chatting with Professor Marcia Devlin. Marcia is an outstanding researcher, leader and educator who has worked in executive and senior leadership roles at Victoria University, RMIT University, Federation University Australia, Open Universities Australia, the University of Melbourne and Deakin University. Marcia’s 300+ publications have been cited thousands of time. 
Through exploring the prominence of equity throughout Marcia’s career we are powerfully reminded that advancing equity in higher education is always the right thing to do, and a clear and current priority. In a conversation spanning the troubles in Ireland, sexism in the academy, and efforts to compensate for the impact of COVID on students in Victoria, Marcia generously shares her insight with candour and good humour.
