There is this phenomenon we humans experience called “decision fatigue” where once we make too many decisions in a row, our brain shuts down. To prevent this we create habits. We do this in our morning routines. We create habits for decisions we need to make from the moment we wake up to the time we have breakfast. If we didn’t, we’d go nuts before we ever got our day started. Once we set these habits, we never talk about them again. Well… on this show, we talk about them.
