We expect too much from our people. And this expectation is the reason that so many of us get depressed and frustrated. Expectations are kind of emotional attachments we put into someone. Majority of times these expectations are never fulfilled. And that's why people suffer so much from anxiety. So avoid any toxic expectations. Focus on yourself first.
