George Mycock is a PhD student and the founder of MyoMinds, the mental health organization that works to improve awareness and understanding of exerciser mental health. George’s research focuses on muscularity-oriented issues in men, including muscle dysmorphia, disordered eating, and exercise addiction. George also has lived experience with muscularity-oriented issues, which he shares across his work. George recently consulted on these issues for the Netflix show Everything Now. George lives and works out of Malvern, England, in the United Kingdom.
