Love this podcast!
I love this podcast so much! I’m either laughing out loud at these two OR yelling at my phone, “No! Don’t click that link!!”. Not only is this podcast very entertaining but I’ve genuinely learned a thing or two a long the way. Thanks, guys! Keep up the great work!
Great Premise, Even Better Rapport
Drunkard’s Walk is a combination of a lot of wonderful things. It’s part comedy - hosts Jethro Nolen and Matt Hartman are clearly trained improvisers who banter very well off one another as they joke and trade status back and forth, and part history class - the premise has them attempt to play a kind of “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” with two utterly random things found in the world, using Wikipedia to find the links. This has them meandering into and out of topics in fun and unusual ways.
It feels like being allowed to participate in a fun ongoing conversation between a group of friends. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
So Much Fun
Love a podcast where you can play along! The banter is great and the chemistry between Matt and Jethro is captivating as well as inviting to those listening. It is fun to travel the twists and turns with them that is Wikipedia.
