We're Erin and Nicole. It can be argued we overshare our personal lives, have huge potty mouths and enjoy talking about effed up (read: gross, weird, funny, disturbing) topics and events to a troubling degree. But it’s indisputable that we’re two best friends who love making each other laugh. We'll be releasing a new episode of DTFU every Wednesday! E175: Loaded Skins

There's a warning at the start of this episode, but I'll say it here too: you might want to abstain from eating during this week's episode. Erin and Nicole get pretty graphic talking about a form of cannibalism practiced into the 1960s by the Fore people of Papua New Guinea. So, maybe listen after lunch, and learn all about how the practice of funerary cannibalism led to "Kuru," or "The Laughing Disease."

    E174: Our Family Trouble

    E174: Our Family Trouble

"Our family trouble" could allude to a lot of things: an unwanted pregnancy, a racist uncle, a recipe for ambrosia salad. But it's not, it's this week's topic! Erin and Nicole somehow find an hour's worth of content with The Bell Witch (aka the Bell's family trouble)!

    E173: That'll Do, Pig

    E173: That'll Do, Pig

Here's a little behind the scenes tidbit: this episode was supposed to be a Patreon bonus episode, but the conversation was too relevant not to post as a regular episode. Also, Erin and Nicole want everyone to know what a POS Nathan Bedford Forrest was. Maybe you haven't heard of him? Real quick, not only was Forrest a Confederate Army General (aka a LOSER), he was also the first Grand Wizard of the KKK (yep, that checks out). And guess what? There are a LOT of statues, parks, schools and the like STILL named after this racist taint. Like, right now, in 2020. Shouldn't we take down and/or rename that crap, along with all of the other statues, parks, schools, army bases, etc that celebrate any of this country's long line of racist, old sh*tbags?!

    E172: Engaging Idiots

    E172: Engaging Idiots

The title of this week's episode COULD refer to Nicole's quest to educate her family members and old high school friends on the Black Lives Matter movement, but really, it refers to this week's topic. Our Dudes had to pick something dumb - they just had to. So make your best surprised face (and subsequent disappointed face) as they share with you some of the worst engagement stories they could find on the internet.

E171: An Important Message + The Cardiff Giant

E171: An Important Message + The Cardiff Giant

Before we get into this week's episode, we want to talk to you about the #blacklivesmatter movement and the ways we're educating ourselves and helping to lend our voices and resources in support. The episode itself? It's about the Cardiff Giant, which was a hoax at the turn of the 20th century. And it's a real fun time. We love you all and hope you're staying safe, while standing up for what is right.

    E170: Diarrhea Island

    E170: Diarrhea Island

Erin had been wanting to cover a "real-life castaway" situation, so of course our dudes Googled "Real-Life Castaways" and found this guy: Philip Ashton. At 19 years old, he was captured and tortured by pirates, before he was marooned on a deserted island. And you guys? He survived for MONTHS. Of course, this was in the 1700s. Could you imagine a current day teen getting marooned on a deserted island?! Gah Bless.
