E.139 My 2025 Health and Wellness Goals

Catch Ups In My Kitchen

I’m back with another solo episode, and this time, I’m diving into my health and wellness goals for 2025! Personally, I find the pressure of setting goals in January a bit overwhelming, so I wanted to share this episode in February—just in case you feel the same way.

In this episode, I walk through my fitness plans, including my marathon training journey and my experience incorporating more animal products into my diet.

I also explore some of the biggest wellness trends making the rounds online—sharing which ones I’m excited to try and which ones I’ll be skipping.

This year, I’m taking my health and wellness to the next level by experimenting with more unconventional practices like EMS training and mouth taping. Tune in to hear all about it!

Topics include:

  • My fitness goals
  • Marathon training plan
  • EMS and Using In Body to track my progress
  • My journey of adding more animal products back into my diet
  • My thoughts on Bone Broth
  • Trying to only eat fish from British waters
  • Experimenting with some of the wellness trends I am seeing online
  • Saunas and the benefits
  • Red Light therapy and Oil Pulling
  • Answering some of your wellness question
