As a female leader, you have big dreams in this life: more goals you want to achieve, places you want to go, connections you want to make, people you want to love. Even if you have accomplished many of these things, do you feel like it? As experienced leaders, you can get in a rut, do things in the same fashion, struggle with self-doubt (yup) and wonder if another accomplishment changes anything. We are here to court the courage each of us has in up-leveling our well-being while digging deep toward what motivates us.

My goal is to interview 500 women leaders from different industries and talk about the topics important to us all. Through reading studies that state only 21% of CEOs in the US are women, to bias (and how this is introjected into the female mind through conditioning) to how women have trouble coming together, asking for support and so much more. If women are going to run the world, we need to get to the bottom of what holds each of us back.
