All of the recipes in this podcast are amazing

I am a pescatarian and try to go gluten free when I can to be more healthy…but it’s usually hard knowing the finished product might be lacking in taste. Not with these recipes! These episodes have great dishes that will fool anyone with a "normal" diet. Looking forward to more.

Just what I was looking for

I've been looking for a show like this. Haven't taken the full plung into Paleo life and still consume some gluten and dairy, but have been looking for a place for alternate reciepies to try out. Looks like I've found it!

Perfect!

These bars were just right for a rainy afternoon watching football. Comfort food with much healthier, no guilt ingredients. They took about 5 minutes to mix up. Everyone enjoyed and no one questioned what was in them, they just liked them!
