Binge listened

I had a long drive for work today, and saw the you did a podcast with coach Rich Thurman. So I decided to listen to everything. Great podcast!! I love what your doing and that is just informing everyone. There is no right or wrong necessarily, just the facts. I have a coupe auto immune diseases, so I loved the supplements podcast as well.
