I really appreciate the human, real life stories Russ present. I started listening over 10 years ago, feeling like I should be more versed in economics. I don’t listen to every show, but man…He drops some gems. The most current episode resonated with me quite a bit. Just keep doing what you do Russ.
Owl episode

Your owl episode was truly outstanding. I was walking my dog Piper listening to the podcast when your guest made two different owl sounds and she stopped walking and listened attentively to the noises that were being made. She even cocked her head to the side. She never does this. Keep up the good work. What a “hoot”. Great podcast overall.
Excellence with a light touch

I just finished listening to show # 962 on the war in Gaza. Have been listening to most of the Econ episodes for a few years and listen to shows in the archive as well. For me, in these worrisome times, this is one of the very best podcasts available. Thank you.
Long Winded

It took Russ 2 minutes to explain what art is to of all people: Sabin Howard! His long-drawn-explanations that occur on every show are tedious to hear.
