Great for parents too

Our kid goes to a classical/Charlotte Mason school, and though we aren’t educators we are (of course) highly invested in his education. This podcast has really helped me understand better why our school does what it does in the way that it does it- and is really helping me reinforce the pedagogy that happens at school in the home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic podcast spanning the shared space of Classical, Charlotte Mason education!

I have listened to ten of the EdRen podcasts (and 2 webinars!) this week. I am really encouraged and grateful for the scope and focus of the material. I told a friend this week that reading and listening to these materials feels like it's providing a "missing link" for me. Though this podcast is geared toward classical educators in more of a school setting, there is a great deal of content and insight I can apply to life as a homeschool mother.

I lead a small homeschool co-op based on classical, Charlotte Mason principles and methods. Though there is a very large CM community presence online, I have struggled to find resources and support for our unique community which, for example, places narration as a central practice instead of a formal writing curriculum. I am eager to learn and listen more!

Not what I was expecting

Many interjections about Christianity and bringing children to Christ and discipleship. The podcasters also have a hard-on for Charlotte Mason as she is held up in almost the same regard as their religion.
