This is wonderful podcast! Dr Denise and her many guest give you great insight on mental health issues or as she phrases it “peoples different Nero-style”. Working to take the stigma out of mental health and instead give understanding to those around us and the world, through various lenses of perception, different from our own. She doesn’t lecture but with her guest gives you tips and tools for navigating the world and those in it. It like free therapy!

Absolutely wonderful show that goes a bit deeper than the typical podcast. I especially love the opening and closing music which is also indicative of the depth of this show. Five stars!
