Our goal for today's podcast is to get you to a full realization that your emotions are a tool you use, not a tool that uses you. Have you ever found yourself getting emotional, jealous, worried, or angry? Have you noticed that when you don't have enough information (like when he comes home late) your logic leaves, you fill in your own "information" and you get emotional? Did you ever feel that some of your emotions are not under your control? Well, let's start with what are emotions really? And where does logic fit in? And is being in control of your emotions something desirable? And very importantly, how do you help a friend or loved one overcome emotions they can't control? This is our first two part podcast, and it is POWERFUL, which is why we had to break it down to parts.
