Energy Stew- Have you tried forest bathing?

Energy Stew- Have you tried forest bathing?

We've already spoken with Judith about how wise and community oriented trees are.

In this interview, we'll be talking about the many gifts that trees and even all vegetation supply us with.

Energy is information of one sort or another including our bodies. Forests and more can offer us additional, unique energies to enhance our bodies, minds and spirits that we can bath in and absorb during our visits with nature.

We need this for our health and well being and certainly don't take enough avantage of it.

A walk in the woods and even in a supermarket make these natural gifts available to us.

Join us to hear Judith describe the wonders of living with nature.

Judith Polich, the author of "Why Can't We Be More Like Trees", is an environmentalist and shares the emerging narratives that support nature and climate.

Has great content! Host is very hard to like!

I have heard a few episodes and most have great content. Most of the guest have a lot of information and insight. I do have a problem with the host. He almost never let's the guest finish or complete a sentence. He always interrupts his guess, it's as if he always need to have the last word. I feel he needs to let his guest know that he is more knowledgeable or at the same level. It is very frustrating hearing his show. It has a lot of potential if he would listen more and let his guest speak. I have nothing personal against the guy, this is just my personal view. I want to hear more what the guest have to say. I think he should set aside an episode dedicated to himself and he can talk about himself then. Please let the guest speak!
