Tracy Senf, second grade teacher at Outley Elementary School in Texas joins Danielle and Sari to talk about engaging students. This is Tracy's thirtieth year of teaching, and the first year she's created a podcast with her students. Tracy discusses family communication, the benefits of creating a podcast, and how to ensure you don't feel stuck when you've been teaching for a while.
