I feel seen!

I started listening to this podcast after joining the Raising Emotionally Healthy Families Summit 2.0, and it's something I think I'll continue to listen to. Within the last year, I have been on a journey towards increasing self-compassion, learning how to show up as a better mom and spouse, and really getting back to the roots of who I am as a person and what I value most in life. I love the calming presence and warm spirit that Emily brings to her podcast. She makes me feel seen and understood, and her words help keep me grounded amongst all the stress, worry, and chaos circling around in my mind. I really feel empowered to take small steps toward change throughout this difficult but rewarding path of motherhood.
