AJ Schable is a husband, dad, hunter, and firefighter. He is also a University of South Dakota Football Hall of Famer, and played in the NFL. I've known AJ since he and his wife (my cousin, Casie) got together. Despite spending four days hunting in the Black Hills a few years back, I had not heard all of the stories he had on this episode.
