    As busy moms it is often hard for us to take the time to care for our own physical health.  We are so busy caring for our kids and our family that our own health gets swept to the side.  Many women experience pelvic floor issues after giving birth and just accept the symptoms instead of working with a therapist to bring healing.  The topic of pelvic floor health and physical issues after childbirth can be difficult to talk about.  Many moms shy away from getting help or knowing how to treat symptoms of a damaged pelvic floor because they don’t know where to go to get help or they don’t realize the benefits of physical therapy, but that is exactly why I wanted to introduce you to our guest today, Laura Curren.  Lauren and I connected when we both spoke at the Busy Mom’s Blueprint Summit.  Laura is the founder of Dynamic Flow Physical Therapy, an expert in pelvic health, aiding women’s recovery from childbirth and those struggling with pelvic-related conditions through a holistic approach.
