This week Nathalie shares a conversation she had with Ruby and Christabel, founders of the Advaya Institute. Advaya is an alternative think tank which explores the relationship between the environment and our mental wellbeing. Ruby and Christabel are yoga teachers and keen activists in environmental change. They noticed a need for more conversations on the importance of having a positive relationship with the environment and how this is fundamental in the relationship we have with ourselves.
