Why pelvic floor therapy benefits every postpartum birth, regardless of how you delivered.
Specific things a postpartum person can do to support healing pelvic floor and overall health.
Yoni Steaming: what is it, why it's beneficial and how to treat yo'self at home!
Physical and emotional components of pelvic floor therapy.
Redefining postpartum care means
Things to consider when planning for postpartum.
There is no timeline on postpartum healing.
