I felt this
I’m new to the podcast scene. However, I’ve been trying to get back on track with my blood sugar, and boy did this one hit hard. As soon as you said you were diagnosed at 19, my jaw dropped. I was also diagnosed at 19, and I could never find anyone else diagnosed at a similar age to mine. The transition was awful, and still is 3 years later. So thank you. ❤️
Real, genuine and informative conversations!
When I was first diagnosed, I searched for the best books and the best education I could find from my doctors but still felt lost and unheard…what I realized was that I was truly looking for an empowered voice and mentor who was living the experiences and realities I was facing day to day. Someone who was talking about the real and raw of living as a T1D!!
I have found that in the Needles & Spoons community in every way! As a former client and now a coach inside the team - I can honestly say this podcast is my go to for continuing my education and understanding of living with this disease. 🤍
Incredible podcast
I’ve had diabetes for 10 years and am definitely feeling the burnout. This podcast has really helped me feel less alone in this journey and is giving me tools to switch up my routine!! Would highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is diabetic or who loves someone with diabetes!
