How often do you cancel on a work meeting? Or lunch with a friend? Not that often huh?
So why do we cancel on ourselves all the time?
I know, I know, you’re busy...you had that workout scheduled into your day but then something else came up and now you’re ‘working out tomorrow instead’. Sorry, but that’s not good enough anymore.
You need to start treating yourself as if you are JUST as important as that work meeting or catch up with the girls. I run you through the things that I pre-schedule into my calendar a year in advance and WHY I do not cancel on them.
