Who is Menno Henselmans?

Menno Henselmans used to be a business consultant specializing in advanced data analysis. While he had a great traditional career, his passion had always been in fitness. He saw the fitness industry was filled with broscience, supplement scams, and fad diets. There was a dire need for data-driven and scientific information, and he felt he could help. He says the best decision of his life was trading in his company car to pursue his passion in fitness. 

He now helps serious strength trainees get the most out of their physique with scientific fitness education. In addition to managing his online courses, he is an online physique coach, scientific researcher, and international public speaker.
