In this week's episode, I sit down with one of my favourite ladies, Dani Sheriff, to talk all about her journey through Hypothalamic Amenorrhea recovery. This episode is a great reminder of how everyone's HA recovery journey will look different and that recovery is not linear - there will be (many) ups and downs, including mentally and emotionally. Dani shares how she felt like she couldn't relate to other women's HA recovery stories, so I hope this episode hits home for any woman who is struggling with HA and feeling as though they don't fit the "mold" to have a missing period.
