Episode 2.24: In the air The High Tea Cast

 

We all love holidays. Sam has just come back off hers and is currently navigating the Tube with death in her eyes, fading sunburn and a sinking feeling that she probably has many months before she can get away again. Lea however still has it all to come, so is feeling pretty smug.

So before a fist fight can ensue, we decided to chat about the one thing we have in common - a desire to get through long haul flights unscathed and feeling box-fresh. No one likes being cooped up for 9+ hours on a plane feeling all yucky and weird, so we've decided to give you all the tips you need for a pleasant flight.
