Once again, Lance and I are doing an “At the Movies” show, in which we pair our cocktails to two movies.

This time we’re taking on two classics from Alfred Hitchcock, the bemusing To Catch a Thief and the seriously messed up Vertigo.

• 1oz rye (Pikesville)
• 1oz bourbon (Eagle Rare)
• 4oz cider (dry)
• Forbidden bitters
• .5oz simple syrup

Vertigo

Jake's "Beautiful Mad Carlotta"

• 1.5oz Singani63
• 1oz Casa Mariol vermut
• 0.5oz Fernet Branca

Lance's "The Other Woman"

• 1.5oz gin
• 1oz dry vermouth
• Egg white
• 1oz Orange juice
• 0.75oz Cointreau
