Resilience, grit, fortitude. That is what 2020 has taught us. This has been a strange year, but we can take a lesson from some of the hardiest animals that live in the Canadian Rockies. Imagine an insect that thrives in bitter cold glacier holes, or a frog that allows itself to be put in frozen state by releasing an antifreeze-like substance for the winter and then thaws out in the spring? That is grit! That is tough. And that is the lesson 2020 has forced upon us. Here's to a healthier 2021!
