Episode 57: Holiday Habit Hangover

The Habit Lab

Holiday Habit Hangover: (noun)
The hazy hang time after the holidays when the kids are back in school, the guests have left, but your rhythms and habits are still recovering from all the festive chaos.

--->The temptation? To start getting judgmental of yourself for not being fully back on track yet—or worse, to feel hopeless that you'll *never* catch up.

In this episode, I’m sharing the alternatives:
➡️ Remind yourself it takes 10 days to two weeks for things to return to "maintenance mode".
➡️ Give yourself grace—no need to overwhelm yourself or let discouragement creep in.
➡️ Try tackling just three tasks a day (10 minutes or less!) to build momentum again.
