Year in Review
Do you reflect? Do you spend time looking back at all the great things you did over the last year? I think often we find ourselves constantly looking up the mountain and feeling as if we didn’t accomplish anything. You’ve accomplished a lot. Things have changed constantly. But you won’t appreciate those things if you don’t look back. It’s ok to check your progress, just make sure you don’t live in the past.

Fear and Anxiety
Courage is a pillar of greatness because fear is so often the reason people stop pursuing their dreams. More people hold back from taking risks that could propel their lives forward due to fear. Fear is a very real feeling, but it doesn’t have to control you because it’s exactly that, a feeling. Find ways to curb fear and anxiety, walk with fear, and step into courage.

Everyone’s Got It Figured Out
Social media tends to make you believe that everyone has it figured out. They’re all winning. $10,000/month jobs. Fancy cars. Big houses. Supermodel girlfriends and boyfriends. 6 pack abs. But it’s all a lie. It’s the illusion that they want you to see. Stop worrying about the rest of the world and keep doing what you do. Attack each day and strive to be better. Be Great!

Eliminate The Outcome
Too often we base whether or not we had success on the outcome. But the outcome is not something we can control. The outcome just something that happens. Most outcomes in our life will occur no matter what we do, but if we continue to show up and put in the work, over time those outcomes will slowly start to improve. Keep doing the best you can without relying on the outcome to determine your value or success.

Episode 163: Interview with Tyler Todt
Today I’m joined by special guest Tyler Todt. Tyler is an entrepreneur that has expanded his network and offerings over the years to reach a point where he can buy back his time. Tyler is the father of 3 and spends his days and time how he wants to, which makes him more rich than any dollar amount could. During our conversation we talk about being intentional, being a parent, choosing entrepreneurship, handling adversity and negative people, and living our best life.
If you’d like to connect more with Tyler you can find him on Twitter @tyromper.
