The GNO Podcast

I love this podcast! The title explains it all! It really feels like you are apart of a really insightful girls night out! Highly recommend!! So far the enneagram episode is my favorite! Love what these women are doing!

This podcast strikes a great balance between important conversations and lighthearted fun. It’s nice to hear real women tackling big issues together and letting us learn alongside them. So many topic-oriented podcasts feel boring, condescending, or overwhelming; I struggle to keep up. On the other side, so many people-oriented podcasts feel pointless; it’s really refreshing to have a mix of both. I particularly loved the Shame episode. The article they discussed about the differences between shame and guilt is something I think about almost every day! It’s not just a talking podcast; it’s practical too. My husband is incapable of just listening to music in the car, and I’m incapable of being quiet for more than 30 minutes at a time, so this podcast is perfect for our road trips! We can listen and talk and laugh with them. As a side note, I think these women are so incredible for putting themselves out there and creating something to begin with. It makes me want to follow through on my own plans/dreams/ambitions too!

Love listening to these three women process through life and all that comes with it. I find my self verbally responding and joking with them while listening on my drive to work. You really feel like you’re a part of their friend group and invited into the conversation. Can’t wait for season 2!
